「I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. 「Hotel is beautiful....rooms are a delight. Must say We Upgraded from the Haveli to the Hotel,as you check in at the hotel,but THE HAVELI is a few KM away. Didn’t make sense so as we were tired paid and upgraded to the HOUSE OF M.G. NO ROOM SERVICE.....breakfast in a restaurant outside,nearly by the road. 「The Haveli is located in the busy area of old Ahmedabad. It is nicely maintained and has all the modern amenities. Rooms are airy, well, spacious, and spotlessly clean. 「Can’t recommend this place enough. There’s a daily timetable with activities that are included in the cost of staying, mainly yoga, plus there’s a very healthy, delicious and reasonably priced cafe/restaurant so you don’t need to go hunting for somewhere outside to eat.
