"Very clean, updated space. Had some trouble getting in the unit. The code doesn’t work until the check-in time, which is fine but it still didn’t work for us until 20 mins later. However the host was easy to get ahold of to get us in the unit. Having a parking pass for the neighborhood beach lot was a huge perk for us. We utilized the credit to get chairs and an umbrella, paid the pricey delivery fee, then discovered our until had chairs and an umbrella in the closet. I could’ve saved the 35 for delivery and fees if I had known the equipment I needed was provided. Overall, the until is clean, the AC is very cold, and this is a perfect, no frills place to stay for a few nights. I wouldn’t recommend for a long term stay."

"Overall very nice comfortable cozy condo. Very nice pool area. We stayed on the ground floor. No steps to climb. LOVE the beach is like a 2 minute walk. The beach was very nice when we were there. Everyone in the area is super nice and polite. Was warned about the no see ums. Tried to keep spray on but they still got us!"

"The Condo was very nice, very clean and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and short distance to shopping, restaurants and Captiva. It wasn’t a bad experience but I think there are something that would be nice. The grounds and pool were clean. 1. Please put hand towels in the bathrooms! 2. Remove 3 inch mattress pads. Sheets do not want to stay on. 3. Have AC in working order. Clean condensation drain regularly. 4. Have 2 rolling luggage racks, one for second and 3rd floor. 5. Have lights on top floor in elevator area. It was pitch black up there. "

"As usual unit was ready and clean upon arrival,very well stocked kitchen for customer use, but did have pretty large stains in master bedroom carpet which is looking old and needs replacing,ceiling fan does not circulate air very well,towels in master bathroom were beach stained. We had friends visit and spend the night in guest room,there is no tv or ceiling fan in the guest room,little uncomfortable for guests. A/C unit does very good on cooling main living room, but not bedrooms. Little things could make unit much better. Love the location."

"This was not our first time staying in Sanibel, but our first time at this condo and it was great! Everything was very clean and as described in descriptions and by photos. It was well equipped with items in the kitchen which was nice! Our check-in and check-out process’s were very smooth, quick, and painless. We also rented a pack and play for our son and that was there and ready to go for us as well which is appreciated. The amenities at the condo were great (pool, tennis courts, gas grills, shell cleaning station)! We did not have an ocean view which no one does at this condo complex but it was a very well maintained short 5 minute walk to the beach! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!"
