Cute house
This property was very cute and cozy. My family and I stayed while in SC for a tournament so we needed a place to crash on short notice. The hotels were booked for our needs etc. I will say the outside appearance may cause you to frown your face but the saying is true, ‘don’t judge a book by its cover.’ This home was amazing in the inside. It does seem like the property is still being updated but nevertheless less it was very clean. When we walked in it smelt like it has just been cleaned! Very nice decor. There is also a QR code poster in the living room that you can use to see what’s happening or food recommendations.
It’s in a quote neighborhood and it was in a good radius from the gym locations at CIU and a school in Lexington SC. As I mentioned earlier, it seems as if the owner(s) are still making updates as the table lamps all had tags and no light bulbs but it really wasn’t an issue since we were there to only sleep to be honest. And the tub, it is an old tub with stains and while my husband and I know that, it caused issues with our kids but we still made them bathe. But It was not a deal breaker. If we are ever in the area again, tournament or otherwise, I’d try to stay here again. It was beautiful and met our needs and for a few bucks more, we had an entire house in comparison to an efficiency room at a hotel.
