"Joe’s place was great for our girls get together. All beds were comfortable including the sofa bed( the extra foamy mattress for it was just what it needed) The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. There is no air conditioning but the fans in the bedrooms made it pleasant for sleeping even on a 30 degree day. The area is quiet and just a short drive from amenities. The host is very receptive and good to deal with. It is good value for the price"

Clean and well cared for home and pet friendly.Great location to where we needed to be including tree lined streets, parks, and dog friendly neighborhood. Would definitely be staying here again if we need time in Saskatoon. Restaurants, shops and activities all around always something to do."

"There was no top sheet on the bed. The duvet on the bed had a cover but it made me wonder how many other people has slept in that bed with no top sheet. The room was cold…the room is in the basement. We tried several times to adjust the thermostat with no success. The sofa…was a small loveseat that was like sitting on a board. I expected more the the $165.00/night that we paid."

"This was one of the most clean and well stocked properties we have rented in a number of years. The interior of the house is beautiful, actually better than what the photos show in the listing! The host communication was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Prior to arrival, I contacted the host to specifically confirm that the unit had four beds. They assured me that there were four beds. However, on arrival, there were only three beds and a sofa approximately five feet long, which was not suitable as the fourth sleeping space we had expected.We also found that there was no lockable separation between our suite and the downstairs tenant’s area, which raised privacy and security concerns.In addition, the exterior railing was not securely attached...
