A 4 minute drive from the world-famous Seven Mile Beach finds you at 'Condo Kai'- a perfect holiday stay in the tranquil setting of West Bay, Grand Cayman.

A 2 minute walk to the sea finds two dive companies, Cayman Turtle Centre, phenomenal snorkelling and diving right on your doorstep! World class cuisine and sunset cocktails at Macabuca/ Cracked Conch are a 1 minute walk away and are essential holiday venues. Large supermarket is a 5 minute dive away.

Condo Kai
Condo Kai was perfect for my family of 3. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was also located in a very quiet area and close to some attractions like the Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery Cove. The host of Condo Kai were very easy to communicate and deal with it. They are very hospitable and made sure that we had everything that we needed. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for our family of four
We really loved our stay in this apartment. The space was perfect for my husband and I and our two boys, 8 and 11. It was a short 10-15 minute drive to restaurants and beautiful beaches although there were closer beaches we could have explored. The bed was super comfy, the kids loved the pool, and the little extras were awesome (shampoo/cond/soap dispenser in the shower, coffee and powdered creamer, beach towels, chairs and umbrella, etc). It was super quiet at night, very clean and everything seemed new. I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Thanks Zane!!

Great stay
It was wonderful staying here for my vacation my mom loved it as well. Communication was very thorough, the place had all your needs and anytime I plan to go back I would love to stay there again. Zane you’re a great host !!

Great place!
We loved our stay here! The complex has a gate which made us feel very safe. The condo was very clean and comfortable and Zane checked in on us during our stay to ensure we had everything we need. We would definitely recommend booking here!

Overall, I had a great experience with Condo Kai. The owner was incredibly helpful, he allowed us to check in a few hours early. The amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for a family of 4.

Well kept condo located in a quite part of the island
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Condo Kai! The hosts were extremely accommodating, and the condo was clean and well kept. The West Bay area is quiet, and we enjoyed being a short walk from Macabuca and Turtle Reef.

Great place to stay
Zane made the check in process easy and the location and condo itself were wonderful! It was clean and the host provided linens, a full kitchen with anything you needed to cook with. Definitely will try to stay here next time I’m in Cayman.

Beautiful vacation
