The yard needed a little TLC, front and back. Maybe had it been mowed prior to I'm sure it would have looked great. The back yard was large enough and we did hang out for a bit outside on Friday night, just didn't think to bring outside chairs as there were only 4 but we made it work. The bathroom (shared) needed to be cleaned, the tub had hair in it and obviously not cleaned well or at all. The bed sheets in the small college style dorm were not clean and had a bit of hair too and dirt, maybe from someone's feet, I'm guessing. Overall, the house was nice but could use a better cleaning next time and yard maintained. We did make it work but the small college room dorm was a bit small for a couple. There was 3 couples, so adults only but we were aware of the small bedrooms prior to but we were willing to give it a try. A suggestion; requires money. LOL Upgrade the living couch to a small L-shape sofa so more people can enjoy it. The couch in there now is nice and loved the color but not very comfortable and can fit 2 adults, 3 is a tight fit. The two college dorm bedrooms off the living room/kitchen area can maybe be converted to a master bedroom one day, again just a recommendation. Overall, it's a cute house but may be more accommodating for a family with the smaller 3 bedrooms for kids or teenagers to use. The kitchen was well stocked for anyone who planned on cooking, lots of pots & pans and dishes.
