「Upon checking in, we had great customer service from Susan who chatted with me about our visit in Leavenworth and my children. Following that we enjoyed our clean room prior to heading down to the pool with the kids. The pool and hot tubs were clean and was a unique environment (in a good way). Overnight it was quiet - I was worried that being so close to the tracks there would be railroad/train noise but there wasn’t. We had a good restful sleep in our comfy beds and abundant pillows.
