"Staff friendly and hotel very clean"

"Room was nice and clean, the bathroom smelt unpleasant though, thinking it was the drains... staff where super friendly, shops where just across the road- couldnt of been any closer."

"lovely hotel, great spa facilities & lovely meal. staff all fab . nly issue was the security bold on the room jammed into place when we were int he spa so we couldnt get back into our room and they had to call maintenance. the lady on reception said it happens often. we were in a hurry so it was not great and we began to panic about the time. these should be removed and replaced with ones that cant lock when you leave the room. very scary if you left a young child in there and popped out for 1 minute or had a train to catch etc. aoart from that it was brtilliant - thank you "

"A very appealing hotel in terms of decor, but unfortunately a less than comfortable stay for several reasons. First, the check-in was delayed and not accommodated until 3:15pm when I requested that I be checked in as a 3pm checkin was supposed"

"Lovely hotel for a basic stay. Everything is very clean and staff are incredibly helpful with excellent customer service. Room amenities are basic with a tea/coffee station but no safe or fridge (just fyi). Rooms are small so perfect for solo travelling. Location is right in the centre of main high street (directly opposite the royal theatre). I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast though as not much on offer for those with specific dietary requirements. "

"Ideally located and quite new, the only small thing was the uncovered but thankfully not too long walkways to/from the multi-storey and the Airport Terminal which exposes travellers to the British Weather a little more that we'd like. Hotel and rooms were very nice, and convenient, Staff were awesome, we will stay here again soon. "
