"Het appartement is ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken, het is er schoon en netjes. Ik vond het bed aan de smalle kant, niet wat ik gewend ben. De locatie, midden in de stad is ideaal. We vonden het heerlijk om er te verblijven. Jammer dat er in het begin iets misging in de communicatie, waardoor de instructies om het gebouw binnen te komen pas na contact met Expedia via een mail duidelijk werden."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this 4th-storey apartment. The use of video by the hosting rental agency made the contactless check-in process quick and easy to understand. A bit more advanced communication about the check-in process would have been appreciated. Usually we have gotten contact from hosts about check-in 2 or more days in advance of arrival. "Amenities and staff are great. Overall, it's a nice hotel. The room is large (and I had the least expensive one). There is plenty of still and sparkling water included, as well as tea and coffee. I think I'd make sure, the room smells really nice and clean. It was ok (not even close to awful) but not wonderful and uplifting as you expect from these hotels. Breakfast was good. I think self-service coffee and tea would be better as opposed to waiters bringing it out. The rest of breakfast was buffet -style, but you could also order omelets, which was nice. I had both coffee and tea. Tea was good; coffee was a bit like colored hot water. Location is good. 10 minute walk to the center. View of the city is beautiful from the restaurant. Good hotel. Recommend "

"Great location near to the airport. Called then and was picked up in less than 10 minutes. Shuttle back also after my stay. 5 min walk to tram, easy access to city centre. Rooms are basic, but very clean. Proper spoons and mugs would make a difference rather than paper cups and stirrers! Staff very helpful and professional "
