"Ein sauberes und großzügig angelegtes Appartement mit guter Küchenausstattung und guten Matratzen.Die kleine süsse Aufmerksamkeit in Küche und auf dem Bett hat uns gefreut. Die Vermieter erreichbar und sehr freundlich.Einzig die Lage um Erdgeschoß war nicht nach unserem Geschmack."

The location was not quite as central as indicated in the listing but it is right on a tram line so made for very quick and easy movement to Hauptplatz and the rest of town. We stayed in Apartment 9 - this apartment has a faulty boiler meaning there is no warm water so there are only freezing cold showers. I have seen prior guests also complain of this. We let the managers know and they failed to address it even though they had similar feedback from prior guests. Not good enough.
