You’ll feel right at home in this incredibly cozy and high-quality 100-square-meter, 3-room apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a modern box-spring bed. If you’re traveling with more than 4 guests, there are two wide fold-out armchairs in the living area available as additional sleeping accommodations.

You can enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the town and the surrounding countryside from a large, covered, south-facing rooftop terrace as well as an additional covered balcony facing west.

Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides cozy warmth and comfortable moments.
For added comfort, you can also book medical treatments in advance at the “Physiotherapie Waldhausen” practice, located in the basement of the building.
A separate entrance leads from the first floor to the attic apartment via a beautiful natural stone staircase, and parking spaces are available right next to the house. Bicycles can be securely stored in the garage upon request.
