"We arrived late after a long day of events, only to find out that Embassy had overbooked their rooms, leaving us without 2 of our 3 rooms reserved. They did send us over to their sister hotel, for the same fee…. Which meant we went from a two room suite to a small one room stay… not quite the same thing at all for the same price!
Secondly, we got a call the next morning telling us we needed to get out of our rooms, because they overbooked in that hotel, and they needed our rooms to be freed up for that night.
We are usually very pleased with Embassy, but this was extremely frustrating and not at all the caliber of service we have grown to expect and receive from this chain.
We have been Hilton Honors members for years, and this was incredibly disheartening."
