  • Custom built house w/numerous amenities:. Views of the lake from almost every room. Great for entertaining inside & outside. Relax in the theater & enjoy a movie or in the recreation room w/wet bar or on 1 of the 2 outdoor patios, one with a unique, built in fire/grill and the other is screened in. Gas grill available. Covered dock & fishing pier, with guest boat slip. Over 300’ of water frontage, gentle sloping cove. Water is less than 50' from the house. Public boat ramp 3 miles away. 15 mns to downtown Wedowee.
