「House was the central place for our daughter’s wedding. The Great room was perfect for her and her maid of honor to get ready as well as enough bedrooms for everyone to sleep. House could have been cleaner outside and yard better kept. Also would have loved lights outback so we could have hung out there or at the fire pit. Master bathroom shower had a leak, water running down to the entrance way by the stairs.」

「The host was exceptional and so kind. The location was in close proximity to 3 quaint New England small towns whose downtowns had many restaurants and local shops to enjoy-Great Barrington (GB Eats for breakfast), Stockbridge (best shopping) and Lenox (exceptional dinner at Frankie’s Italian). The house looked updated on the outside but inside looked like early 1900s with a hint of Victorian influence. My only caution is for anyone with mobility issues as all 3 bedrooms and the only (very small)...

「From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. 「We had a wonderfully cozy stay at Pine View! Perfect spot to relax and play board games with friends for the long weekend. The house was very clean and the kitchen reasonably well-equipped to prepare the few meals that we didn't venture out for. Ayren was quick to respond whenever we reached out with a question. We enjoyed our time at Pine View Cottage.」

「Wonderful stay at this property!! We really enjoyed the beautiful house, pool and grounds. We did have an issue with the fire pit however the house manager responded very quickly. The problem was solved and the equipment was in working order the same day. The location was close to town and two large supermarkets. We hope to return again to this beautiful property! 「I loved staying in this house for a month. The large screened porch was my favorite place to sit in the morning with a good cup of coffee and a book. Extremely well equipped with kitchenware, it was a joy to cook, there was plenty of space for me and my guests, and I enjoyed the proximity to Great Barrington restaurants and stores and Lake Mansfield. Didier was always responsive and helpful.」

「My wife, myself, oldest daughter and her children met our youngest daughter here for a family get together. Kids and I loved the game area downstairs. Hot tub was used each evening. Grilled out. The kids liked the smart TV for their programs. Very Spacious. Everyone enjoyed Cranberry Pond- swimming and fishing. Highly recommend!」
