Or if you prefer to stay in - enjoy full kitchen amenities, unwinding under a tree while observing various wildlife and watching the sunset over the water. Electric Vehicle charger is available for your Tesla or other EVs. (55 Amps) Plenty of parking on the premises with gated privacy.

The house is cute but has many quirks. There are so many sets of stairs with no hand railings, it was a bit scary. If someone in your group has mobility issues this is NOT the house for you. The ceiling in the main house bathroom is extremely low. Anyone over 5'8 is going to have a difficult time showering. There is no toilet paper holder, has a moldy smell, and if you want to was your hands after using the restroom you have to walk into the next bedroom. Strange. The plumbing was very loud, had tons of air in the line, spit and spurted, or did not work at all. The kitchen sink was very difficult to get water to come out of the faucet. The beds and pillows were comfortable but extremely squeaky. So loud you could hear down stairs. The deck outside was nice and had a great view. However, the water access if you want to swim is not great. Not horrible but not great.

Do Not Waste Your Money !!!!

We are extremely dissatisfied and dissapointed with the experience. The home was in a state of filth. The pictures of the listing were extremely misleading. We showed up the property and were greeted by mounds of trash scattered throughout the drive and a stray dog trying to make its way into the house. The inside was stained, coated in dust and filled with an indescribable stench. Cobwebs infested the ceilings, air vents and fans. One room we were not even able to go into because of the smell and filth. Dishwasher full of dishes. Broken sink. The stains on the furniture were unacceptable. Closets filled with miscellaneous junk. As for the outside- over half of the outdoor furniture was broken, trash scattered throughout the yard, left over firework burning’s and again the listing pictures mislead us to believe the property was nicely placed on the water bank. Wrong. The area of the yard next to the water is disgusting and not taken care of by any means. Dirty handprints on the walls, unfinished renovation with several safety hazards, and every broken fixture you can think of. Used toilet paper stuck to the walls. Roaches! We are pretty average people, but the amount of uncleanliness, bugs and smell we did not feel comfortable, what so ever, staying here.

Great setting and property. Our host was responsive to our questions. Just a couple of things. All bedrooms are upstairs with various sets of stairs, just be aware .Property was clean but could use some deep cleaning ie cabinets and closets. Closets had shoes and clothing that had been left by other guests. Also very limited utensils.

Coming in, the house looked amazing and our children were really excited! There were only a few things I could complain about. The kitchen to begin with didn’t have coffee (which surprised me because every house we have stayed at had coffee) but it did have a coffee pot and a keurig so we could go to the store to buy our own coffee/filters/sugar/and cream. Also between the fridge and the counter there was uncooked pasta and the floor was a little dirty, if there were a broom I would have swept it up no problem. The cabinets seemed a little messy like things were just thrown in there and almost every closet had stuff or belongings from other people. Shoes, blankets, hangers, picture frames, etc etc. The walls at the top and corners had spiderwebs and the rooms had no tvs. There was a separate room that had not been pictured and it looked more like what they call a “honeymoon suite”. It smelled very odd but was very elegant and had a beautiful sink, nobody stayed in it. The beds were all folded neatly and the pillows were comfortable. We also had fresh clean towels folded and ready for use. The purpose for our visit was for travel ball and we didn’t get to enjoy much of the house and the beautiful lake view, we really just needed somewhere to lay our heads at night. With a good cleaning this house would be perfect for a summer getaway or small vacation.

Anniversary Weekend

Awesome property! Great location! Looked to be recently updated. Only issue was one shower had an issue with water pressure. Enjoyed our stay and the location. Close enough to everything but far away to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet! Will definitely be coming back.
