Family setting on 24hr trail for easy access to Little Sahara State Park.

Privately fenced located on the main trail to Little Sahara State park. Parking inside of fencing for vehicles and trailers. 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished home. All linens and bedding included. House is equipped with washer, dryer, refrigerator, coffee maker, range with oven, kitchen table and chairs, microwave, couch, chair, recliner, and two beds.

This is 1 of 2 mobiles in complex. Houses can be rented together.

Fantastic property. Went with family and friends of my late brother,Wayne.He loved staying here and spending time at Little Sahara. This place is at a perfect location.We really enjoyed our time at this place.

Location was perfect for the dunes! Hot water, with good water pressure that’s for sure. It was nice having our own parking spots and fenced in. Worth the stay for sure.

Just Dune It East and West, Book them both!!

We came to Waynoka with our son and his family and let me say, this place was perfect! We rented both houses and will be doing so again the time we visit the dunes. There was plenty of room to park our trucks, trailers, Jeeps, and ATVs and the property is enclosed by a fence, this made it nice for all the kids to run off energy and play without concern of street traffic! Brenda and Rocky were very gracious hosts and were easily available for any questions. This is a great rental for a large family group!

Great location and owners!

We rented both units for the week. Location is great as it’s so close to the dunes yet also private being fenced in and secure. Owners are fantastic and readily available to help with anything! If you’re traveling with a group, this is the place to stay. We will be back!

Great place!

It’s a cozy and comfy environment, great place for relaxing at the dunes. Easy access to the trails and town for groceries as well. We felt very safe there. Nice interior and exterior accents. Felt like we had a little piece of home with us. Rocky was great and very responsive. We would love to stay there again. Thank you!

Dudes at the dunes

Took my boys on a weekend trip to the dunes. Stayed at the west location. House was clean, and cozy. Great access to the trail, and the dollar store is at the end of the road. We had an issue but rocky handled it with no hesitation. We will definitely be back..

"Framily" Dunes Trip

First of all the owners were AMAZING. The communication was the best we've ever had. The couple stopped by to see if qe needed anything and were very helpful with our questions we asked. The privacy and location was great. We had 24 hour access to the trail and we felt our kids were safe inside the large fenced in area. The property also has security cameras and motion light, we were comfortable with leaving the site without worry. Also Dollar General is a few blocks away. We have been coming for several years and this is by far the best property we have stayed.

Best experience ever!!!

Upon arrival we were met by Rocky and Brenda. They showed us the property and answered every question we had about the dunes and the town of Waynoka. We were a little nervous because this was our first trip so Rocky and Brenda showed us several tour rides thru the dunes. After each day the House that we rented felt just like home. Full kitchen, internet, and bbq pit at our disposal. Everything you could need is there on the property. We will definitely be returning especially because of the family environment and how Rocky treated us like we were family. Can’t thank them enough.

Large Family & friends group dune trip

We rented both the east & west houses and both camper hookups. We had a large group with multiple large trailer, sxs', truck's & the 2 campers and still had plenty of room! This set up is perfect for large groups! The location is perfect, its right next to the trail leading to the north gate. The Stone's are awesome people! They were super helpful & easy to get along with! They live nearby so they were quick to run over & show us where to locate the camper hookups, even though it was late when we got in. They were there off and on during the weekend, due to meeting a handyman to work on the gate and then needing to use the shop for their own sxs, but they communicated this with us very well. They were both pleasant, socialable & still very mindful of our privacy! Honestly, we wouldnt have minded if they stayed & hung out! They're like-minded, fun folks! They even commented that they love seeing the place full of trucks, trailers & SxS' & basically being utilized as they intend on! Super great people & we will most definitely rent the place from them again!

Terrific set up and CLEAN

Everything was welcoming and super clean. Great set up. Fenced in yard added privacy and security and enabled the family dog to run freely and enjoy trip us as well information book had all information we could possibly need while there. Very comfortable HIGHLY recommend!

Great experience

It was cozy, clean, and warm. It was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to freezing rain and cold weather but the hosts were incredible and very responsive!
