Welcome to The Little Lyla House! Nestled on just under 1 acre, this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a full kitchen, laundry, large front & back yards—perfect for pets. Enjoy peaceful country living w/ quick access to I-35 & 287, and a short drive to Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas Motorplex, Scarborough Renaissance Fair, SAGU, and many other great events/sights south of the metroplex. Relax in a quiet setting, close to city amenities! More pictures coming soon!

1152 sq ft w/ 2 bedrooms, jack n jill bathroom, but each side has their own side & toilet, shared bathrub/shower. Full kitchen and large living room.
