「I felt compelled to write this because our stay at this hotel was genuinely the best we’ve ever experienced. The hospitality was exceptional—every staff member, from security to the reception and restaurant teams, greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us feel completely at home. Our 4-night stay was wonderful, and the hotel’s peaceful location in a quieter part of Ooty made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. There are so many people to thank, but I’d like to mention a few...

「This was terrible experience lost my money, there were no toiletries, no phone in the room to connect with reception. Nobody was ever at the reception probably why they don’t give phone in room. Broken floor 」

「A great escape with great service. A bit out of town away from the noisy traffic, set in gorgeous surroundings. The room was very large and clean and beds were comfortable. Felt like 5 star. The bar and food options were good. Altogether a great stay where our every need was met.」

「Stayed 2 nights. The staffs were so kind and gave some advices to travel around Ooty town. They can provide a Day-tour for sightseeing in Ooty area. The most I liked was available to use hot shower in the room 24 hrs. In order to be cooler climate in Ooty, tourists may meet unexpected shower rain or chilling in moisture. In morning, the current/electoric was cut no power during a few hours, which was only inconvenient. 」

「Une grande chambre, un très grand lit confortable, une belle salle de douche avec eau chaude et le personnel adorable. Une cuisine locale excellente . J'ai moins aimé la localisation, un peu loin du centre quand on est à pied et ma chambre juste derrière la réception etait bruyante. 」
