"The staff was great. Greeted upon arrival by the front desk with a prompt check in. I was surprised by the size of this hotel. The lobby was bright and comfortable but maybe a little too under furnished for the size of the space. When I got to the room I was impressed with the size of it. The furniture needs some TLC (stains on the couch, shades dirty and carpet wasn’t very clean). There were some obvious signs of leakage in the ceiling with brown spots and soft areas. The bathroom is out of date and really needs some help. The bed was comfortable and 2 TVs in the room along with a fridge and microwave were convenient. The air conditioning definitely works well! The breakfast was great with waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. I appreciated that it was all hot and that the older breakfast attendant was friendly and engaged with guests. Overall my stay was good for a 1 night stay. Price was reasonable but with updates to this property it could be fantastic."

"The Ice machine was out of order. The bedside lights did not work. The toilet had to be flushed twice to get paper to go down. The tub had recently been replaced but no one took the manufacturers tab off it. The TV did not work. Breakfast was acceptable, clean and varied."

"The front desk lady was friendly, and the food was good for breakfast. The hotel overall was nice, the beds comfortable and the room clean. The two negatives were that the pool area was extremely hot. It was hard to sit and watch the kids play since the temps in that room are as hot as a sauna. Also, during our two night stay, I tried to get coffee 4 times and the coffee carafes were either empty or cold, the hazelnut creamer container was empty, and the half and half cup container was never restocked. I know it's a small thing, but it was a bummer to have a coffee stand in the lobby that was not actually stocked and usable. There was a water dispenser also but they ran out of cups and it was not restocked before we left. I think if they paid attention to those little things, it would make a huge difference in caring for their guests."
