「We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. 」

「Clean, fresh room. Staff polite and friendly. Great amenities. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Bar a little short staffed on Saturday night meaning a bit of a wait for service and tables were not cleared at all, but otherwise a lovely stay and would recommend. 」

「Feminine used sanitary products filled the bathroom bin. Half eaten takeaway fish and chips in the fridge. Washing machine has a full load of bedding in it. There was quite a few opened jars, tubs and dry cooking ingredients in the fridge and cupboard. The room is comfortably furnished, could do with another arm chair. The children loved having the alpacas close by and would go and visit them every morning. Beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and powerful.
