Lovely house in a lovely dpot
The home was very thoughtfully. prepared for guests! Verona was very comfortable from our 94 year old to our 21 year old. An amazing feat. We really enjoyed gathering around the fire pit in the evenings

Wonderful Rental
My friends and I (5 women) stayed here for a couple of nights. Julie thought of everything you might need and then some! It was very clean, organized and comfortable. It's close to town and has an awesome view of the lake. I would highly recommend this place!!

Charming lake view home
This house was perfect for a girls weekend getaway with great views of the lake and great location. The host Julie thought of everything you could need for your stay and was very helpful with recommendations in the area. 5 stars for everything!

Perfect location, beautiful home!
My friends and I stayed at Julie’s home this past weekend for my bachelorette party. Julie was such an incredible host, she provided us with so many recommendations for the best wineries, restaurants, hikes, and so much more. The house was beautiful! Great views, very clean and organized. Totally stocked with everything we could have needed for the weekend. A perfect amount of space for the 9 of us in my group. We had the best time and will absolutely be staying here again! Highly recommend!!

Wedding Weekend
This home was perfect for our son's wedding weekend. There is a first floor bedroom with full bath and ground entrance which was perfect to accommodate our 90 year old parents. The home has everything you need, comfy beds, kitchen amenities, perfect size for our family of 6 guests. Great location to town and to the wedding venue. The owner is easy to access for any questions and very responsive. Unfortunately we were unable to use the front porch or fire pit area due to the very cool weather. We will be sure to recommend as well as stay here again! Thank you so much!

Cozy and Comfortable Lakeside
You never know how the weather will be in Fingerlakes in the fall. We went from 75 degrees on Friday to 40s on Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised this home had something for any season. Beautiful deck overlooking the lake we could have coffee and drinks on in the morning. At night we sat outside and enjoyed the firepit with provided blankets for outside. Julie had helpful labels all over the house answering any question before we had it. Comfortable bedrooms and a small but efficient kitchen. We celebrated my daughters 30th birthday with a few friends and we all enjoyed our stay. Took in a few wineries and walked downtown for dinner. Perfect location for anything you may choose to do in town or on the lake. Thanks for your hospitality and the warm welcome! -Donna & Greg

Girl Trip
What a lovely place for a girl trip! Julie was a great host. Communication was prompt, the house was clean, it had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, and the view was fabulous! The outdoor space was a real treat. Even in the rain we were able to be outside on the covered porch. The location was also perfect...just far enough from all the town activity but close enough to walk where ever we wanted to go. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Julie for sharing your home!

Fantastic place!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is located close to everything and walking distance from town. It is exactly as pictured, squeaky clean and stocked with everything you might need! The owner has obviously put a lot of thought into every detail. Everything is labeled and well organized, and the owner has provided lots of recommendations on things to do, where to eat, wineries to visit, etc. We had a blast sitting by the firepit, drinking wine, and catching up. This is one of the most thoughtfully stocked VRBOs I have ever visited, and I 100% recommend it.

Girlfriends weekend.

Our Favorite Place and Host!
Julie has added small details and special touches that make this a great place to stay. She always has great recommendations for activities, wineries and dining. This is the 4th time I have stayed here with a group of friends and I already made my reservation to come back next year! The amenities, views, location and host are amazing!
