"This property was exactly what we were looking for…a quiet place to get away from a busy lifestyle. We stayed here for a couple days while exploring Ludington. Stay here if you are ever in the area. "A true family owned lodge set on the river. Great location, clean room and wonderful swing right at the edge of the river to enjoy. Grounds are beautiful. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area."

"Very roomy for 5 adults. Cooking was a bit of a challenge with the hot plates, but glad there was also a griddle. We made it work. We invited family that live in the area over for lunch one day and were able to entertain 8 people. Renee and John were very attentive. We also loved that the trails and river that are just outside the door. I went for a run every morning and got to go a different direction each day. Then chill on the deck and listen to the river in the evening, very calming."

"The house was nice, exactly as advertised. It is in the wood so bring bug spray and host warned us of the ahead of time. There was a problem with one of the AC units before we got to the cabin and the host noticed handled it and had it changed as we were arriving. It was no hassle and well communicated. The hot tub was awesome out in nature."
