"Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)"

"เงียบสงบ สะอาด บริการเป็นกันเอง ก่อนกลับมีแจกกล้วยให้กลับไปทานที่บ้านด้วย"

"The nicest & most attentive group of people. Though the hotel is not the most modernest of establishments the staff more than make up for this. “Smiles” in the land of smiles. Can’t fault the food. Breakfast was so filling. Although our stay was only short & in the wet season. The National Park gate staff at the waterfall need to learn from the hotel staff on how to smile.. Thank you once again We will return"

The air-conditioner was loud and making noise so I called the reception she told me to stand for it until tomorrow morning because there's nothing she can do. The second day I moved to another room,...
