「Excellent check in and very accommodating staff. Rooms are basic yet comfortable and clean. Hot water with shower and great sized fridge.
There were three really sweet dogs in the surrounding area and I particularly liked how the staff at hotel appeared to be looking out for these strays, said a lot about the staff at the hotel so got big thumbs up from me.
There's a selection of items that can be purchased to eat or drink at reasonable cost. Staff member on check on was super helpful...

「You do not get a room you get a little house with outdoor shower. A big terrace with very comfortably lounge chairs Thai style.
Surroundings are green and lush and in the lake you see fish catching insects. The only “noice” are birds singing.
The beach is a 10 minute walk where the ThaiLife lunch and dinner place is. They also offer beach chairs and massage. It’s all very reasonably priced.

Der Service und das Ambiente im Hotel war herausragend gut und das ist zu 100 Prozent verdient, deshalb haben wir es mit 5 Sterne bewertet.
Sie haben uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und alle Mitarbeiter haben uns das Gefühl gegeben als wären wir Zuhause, wie eine große Familie.
Dafür wollten wir uns ganz herzlich Bedanken.

「Wir sind das 3. mal im Avani Khao Lak und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und das ganze Team besonders Masha waren immer sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht.
Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht. Das Wlan war sehr gut auch Streaming war problemlos möglich.
Die Anlage hat einen wunderschönen und langen Strandabschnitt und es gibt genug Liegen und Handtücher. 2 Pools und einen Kinderpool mit Wasserpark.
