Beautifully remodeled top unit in lakefront duplex. Private entrance, Queen bed, Twin bunks, and Double Bed will sleep up to 6. Huge 16' deck for enjoying lakefront living and Mountain Views year round. Very close to public boat launch and park! Centrally located near all of Wasilla's amenties. In Winter, ice skating, ice fishing, and snowmachines are permitted on the lake. In Summer, motorized boats can be seen, as well as wildlife like ducks and loons. Two heated garage spaces.

Perfect for our needs
This unit was perfect for our needs and made my visit to the area very enjoyable. The new upgrades are first-rate and we were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit and I definitely plan to stay here again if possible on my future visits.

Fabulous Peaceful View - Roomy Plus
Superb accommodations on a large lake with a fabulous view, which included "Sleeping Lady" (mountain). Manager great to work with. Located for the early riser as the train whistle will get you up, no problem, at least in the summer. The rest of the day you will love the sound of the loons, as there are many.

Beautiful property on the lake
The apartment came as advertised. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The layout is great and the beds were comfortable. It is conveniently located to Wasilla and Bearpaw River Brewing restaurant is in walkable distance. The deck has amazing views of the lake, especially as the sun sets. Highly recommend. We had a fabulous stay.
