Hotel was great, very close to PNC park which was the reason for the trip. Super nice staff and hotel

The pool is either very dirty or stained black. Housekeeping took dropping off towels one morning as an excuse to not clean the room at all that day. Room service takes the phone off the hook and doesn't answer. Go downstairs and order the food yourself, they tell you to come back downstairs 9 floors and fetch it yourself or wait. The AC unit was old, was in disrepair and froze over at 3AM. Hotel front desk the next day would not even radio to find out if the repairs had been made and told my wife to let them know if the room was still hot after we left to give them time to make the fix. Just absolute disregard for any guest that's not in a wedding party drinking in the lobby.

Hotel lobby and hotel room were very clean. Love the safety feature with the keys on the elevator and coming in after midnight.
