とても便利で快適なホテル
駅やお店が近く、とても便利な場所にありました。 キッチン付き、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、最低限の食器や鍋もあり、また朝食も充実していてとても快適に過ごせました。 ただ、ランドリールームを使う為に、フロントに行き、現金をトークン？にかえてもらわないといけない為、それだけが残念でした。

どこのレジデンスインも綺麗で、広い部屋、キッチン、冷蔵庫・レンジ、食器洗い機などが常設で、かつ朝食の良さ、夕刻の軽食が付いていて良い。

観光地へは、基本メトロにて移動。 渋滞や駐車場を探すのを考えると利便性は良い。 ホテル周辺での食事は取りにくいがホテルに帰る前に済ませれば問題なし。 次回、ワシントンDC訪問時にも再利用確定。

2015年3月に3泊しました。部屋も大きいし、キッチン付きが気に入りました。 食卓テーブルと椅子2脚、大型ソファー、大型の机、デジタルテレビの設備が充実しています。 無料朝食には、スクランブルエッグ、ソーセイジ、フルーツ、ヨーグルトなど種類も多く、美味しかったです。

MeteroのRosslyn駅から近くにあり、キッチン・食器、食器洗浄機が付いていて便利だった。また、少し歩くとgrocery storeもあった。食器洗浄機の洗剤があると良かった。朝食込みであったが、品数は多くなく、果物は１〜２種、滞在中（３泊）にはサラダ類はなかった。

数日滞在なら便利
３泊しました。ロケーションは既出なので、主に日本人向けの口コミを。　チェックインで現金のデポジット（飲み会１回分位）を求められるが、クレジットカードで代用可。　部屋の調度品等は、トイレがウォシュレット型ではない、デスクの椅子が大きいのに低い等、日本人向けではない点を除けば概ね良好。　ミニキッチンも、冷蔵庫、オーブンレンジ、食器、鍋類など、必要な物は概ね備付あり。私は使い方が分からないが、シンクはディスポーザー付き。　部屋の遮音性もそれなりにあり。　客室サービスとしてレギュラーコーヒーの粉（１回分の小分け袋入り）が置いてあったが、ペーパーフィルターがないので、一度も飲まず。朝食の会場とロビーに同じ銘柄のコーヒー・サーバーも置いてあったが、味はイマイチだったので損した感じはないが。隣にレギュラーコーヒーのサーバーもあり、こちらは味もそこそこ。　しかし、２日目の夕方にはロビーのサーバーが使えたのに、３日目の夕方には空になっていた。何故？　セルフ・ランドリーは、先ず、フロントでトークンを買う必要。１ウォッシュ、１ドライにそれぞれ１トークンづつ必要で、それぞれ１トークンで３０分程度の所要時間。３日分の下着類と綿シャツ（多くはユニクロ製）を洗って、乾燥も１ドライで程よく乾いた。　ホテル周辺にはｓａｆｅｗａｙとかＣＶＳといったコンビニ風スーパーもあり便利。チェックインした日に、朝食後にとバナナを買ったら、朝食にバナナも用意されていた。。。　部屋のセーフティボックスは床に固定されているので相対的に安心。

We arrived terribly late off a flight and were extremely exhausted. We reserved a room last minute. Bethlehem went above and beyond the call of duty for a guest specialist. She helped us and accommodated us last minute/ She truly was an angel. I highly recommend here. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Showers were great. The breakfast was very good.

The property is under renovations, so there was a bit of inconvenience as the room we had was still an older room. It was fine but for sure would have stayed at a different location due to the construction. All is all though staff was super nice and it was as clean as an older hotel can be.

Overall very good. However, they are in midst of upgrading as they should because definitely looking tired (which is probably why value was good. ). Given the changes being made the cleanliness was good.

My 4- day stay was very nice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, easy walk to Metro, cheerful and helpful staff, excellent eats within 3 blocks (Rhodeside Grill, Radicchio are outstanding and very affordable). My 2nd floor room was directly above the fitness center which is open 24/7. Weight workout at 4 am was a wakeup on one night. Otherwise quiet.

Our home away from home
The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room is clean and comfortable. This is our "home away from home" when we visit our daughter who lives in the Belvidere. We will be back!

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was a variety but not as well maintained during high volume times and seating was limited. Rooms were small. If using the sofa bed the studio size had to have furniture moved to open and that left little room to move around. Accessible room had some need for a facelift but it was functional.
