  • Enjoy a sophisticated experience at this centrally located upscale loft apartment. Just renovated, this gorgeous 2nd floor condo has two outdoor patios as well as free on-premises parking. Every room has large windows providing and abundance of natural light. Located just two blocks from the Missouri River in the downtown historic district, you will find it is in the perfect location for walking to riverfront trails or strolling the downtown street in search of shopping and dining.

This was our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first! Great location, walking distance to all the fun stuff and restaurants in downtown WashMo, as well as the river and walking trail. Very clean, comfy beds, and lots of towels! Loved having morning coffee on the the patio or looking out the big windows. Host communication was quick and friendly. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Great place for a weekend trip to Washington MO!

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Everything we needed was there and the place is in a great location to easily access everything on the riverfront.

Loved the apartment!!

We loved the apartment. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is in a good location so we were able to walk to shops, dining, restaurants and the river walk. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Holiday stay

Stayed here to visit family during the Thanksgiving holiday. Perfect place. The place was clean and nicely updated. This place is huge, so much nicer than staying in a hotel. Easy walk to downtown to grab a bite to eat. We will have to come back and stay in warmer weather so we can take advantage of the 2 patios. Very nice stay!!

Birthday Getaway

This place was beautiful. It was very clean and had all the toiletries and amenities needed. The parking pad was great and right outside the door. As mentioned in a previous review, there is stairs to get inside.
