It was lovely, except for the check-in person, who, upon looking at our reservation of TWO beds, simply said, “Well, we don’t have that. We have a single King and we can bring in a roll-away bed.” I shared, in a friendly tone, “I made a reservation for a room with two beds, however.” And she rudely replied that they didn’t have that.
It was very frustrating, and I chose to be the bigger person, so I said that we’d take the single King.
I will say, however, that to make a reservation and paying for a specific thing, and then, after traveling and having no other options, is beyond confusing, and we are very disappointed.
