Wasaga Beach Area 2 - One minute walk over to beach 2. Two bedroom suites, kitchen with all cooking utensils, full size fridge/stove w oven/microwave; and bathroom. Each suite accommodates 6 people. Both suites side by side accommodates 12-14 people max. Just a 5 minute walk over to the main strip, Beach Area 1. Wow! Great Location!

The suite looks better then it does in the pictures and really close to the beach. The owners also have good respond time.

Not clean

I chose this vacation spot as a safe place to go during the pandemic. With the strict cleaning and sanitizing measures put in place by the government I assumed all business / property owners would be following. When I arrived with my family I was suprised to find that the cottage was not sanitized at all and looked like it had not been sanitized in months. The fridge had food from the previous people left in it with juice spilled in the freezer, the fridge had mould in it as well as spilled items from drinks, etc. Before allowing my family into the cottage I went to Walmart and spent my own money on cleaning supplies and cleaned the fridge and rest of the cottage myself. NOT HOW I Wanted to spend the first few hours of my vacation after travelling over two hours to get there! When contacting the owner I was not provided anything other than an apology and assurance her cleaning staff cleaned the place from top to bottom when it was obviously not done. She did not offer to reimburse me for the cleaning. We actually ended up having words over the phone and in the end she did nothing to appease me. She is a Slum Lord. If I knew what I was walking into I would not have booked this cottage. It is not my job to clean up after previous renters and is definitely not my job to sanitize her cottage to make it safe for my family. I will NOT be renting from her again.

The property was clean and ready to occupy. It worked well for my xmas stay. No complaints.

If the property had WIFI. That would have been beneficial but that being said really wasn't a big deal for.me. gtg from my point of view.
