Beautiful Waterfront Estate

On one and a half acre waterfront estate surrounded by all stone wall fence and all stone home. A foyer, beautiful all glass family room overlooking the lake, kitchen, dining room, Living room and 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom, bath room with tub and shower, King size bed with queen sofa bed on 1st floor. Laundry room on 1st floor. 2nd bedroom on 1st floor with queen bed and bathroom. 2nd floor bedroom with queen bed, A larger bedroom with king bed and a queen sofa bed.
Lake can be use for fishing and non gas boat. We have a paddle boat on property, grill. Ample parking space. Centrally located to minutes to airport, Providence, beaches, malls, restaurants etc.

Lakefront Home

The house was very spacious and beautiful right on the lake. Plenty of room for large family to relax and enjoy. Close to local beaches. 45 minutes to Newport and Narragansett beach.

A Wonderful House & A Work In Progress

We loved this house. It was beautifully situated and so private. The lake access was perfect and private. We swam in it daily. The rooms were big and there was enough room for everyone. There were TVs in every room, a big dining room table, a screen porch. Laundry. It really had everything you would want for a long stay. It's clear that the owners want to make it a first-class experience to stay there. We were one of the first groups to rent it, so you could see that they were still equipping the house-- especially the kitchen. I'm sure they will have it well stocked very soon. The host is extra wonderful, and very responsive, so any problems were quickly fixed without issue or inconvenience. I guess the one thing I should mention is that this house is right next to the airport. You would never know by looking, but you do get a lot of planes overhead. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be coming back again, hopefully soon!

Great location!

We almost never left the house because its so relaxing there! Tons of room to spread out and do your own thing or all get together. The online reviews did scare me a little bit but it was PERFECT. We had nothing go wrong with any appliances. The paddle boat was out of order but the canoe was great!

Bad experience

My family stayed here for 5 days we arrived to a nice looking place. Once we settled in we noticed so much stuff that was a turn off. Piles of debris and trash all along yard. Moldy food in fridge. Glass all over the area by beach for kids and corona beer bottle caps all near water. Had to pick it all up for my kids to enjoy. The boat was broken and didn’t work. Cameras move constantly and feel as being watched the entire stay. Many things broken or just bad fixing of ceiling huge water stains and bad work to fix very ugly. Washer and dryer took 2 hours each while clunking non stop. And more I’m not trying to say bad things about anyone or anything but this is the way things need to be so others don’t have to have a horrible vacation like we did.

Awesome Lake House

We were super excited about the property based on the pictures we saw, but it was far better in person! Great location, SO much space, huge yard, on a beautiful, clean lake! Air conditioning worked great too. Hosts were also quick to respond to questions. HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful Estate

The home was perfect for our family as we were in town to attend our son’s wedding. Two bedrooms on the first floor, each with their own bathrooms made it easy for 2 of our family members who are healing from leg injuries. The roomy living room & dining room had such a scenic view of the pond. Two thumbs up for the home & location.

Visiting family in Beautiful Rhode Island

The house was as described but did not realize how big it was along with the yard The kids had so much room to play and loved the yard and the view of the pond. Spent much time in the sunroom. Well stocked. Convenient to food stores and restaurants and the airport was a 10 minute drive. Our host was available and much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.

Unique Experience

We loved this house! It is spacious with large rooms and decorated appropriately. There is a castle-like feel to the home. We enjoyed the lake and the paddleboat and canoe available. Enjoyed eating outside, on the lake, where there are several tables and grills. Saw many birds, including a bald eagle over the lake! Had several guests join us over the week, and all loved the property. It is a secluded oasis, just off a commercial area. It is near the airport, and planes are overhead, but it was part of the unique charm and did not bother us.

Great getaway.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this Warwick property. It was relaxing after a long day of sightseeing in Newport & Martha’s Vineyard. Property gives a feeling of being out of the city with the beautiful lake as your backyard.

Very relaxing getaway

The house was spacious and well kept. We enjoyed boating and fishing on the lake. The location was great as we were less than 20 minutes from Providence and 50 minutes to Newport.
