Das Hotel ist etwas heruntergekommen; das Zimmer (Nr. 154) entspricht nicht den Bildern auf ebookers und hat mit den schmalen und sich nicht öffnen lassenden Fenster (nur kippbar) eher den Charakter einer Gefängniszelle, wenig Licht; es geht für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

I’ve stayed over 1 week and reserved hostels/hotels on internet site ‘Expedia’. I was able to check in without waiting except for the Sangate Hotel Airport. In here Sangate, I had to wait in the lobby for more than over 15 minutes and the frontman's attitude was arrogant and negligent. I checked out without taking breakfast ‘Cause no expecting here.

I had a problem that went unresolved. I purchased breakfast for two days stay upon check-in but was told each morning I was not “on the list.” I asked for this to be resolved and was refused. I produced receipt and still refused. Bad experience - especially as a visitor to Poland. Expected better.
