"The breakfast buffet was the best part of the stay. We received a room with a view of air conditioning condensers and kitchen exhaust fans. The door in the bathroom had a stain from where wet towels were hung by previous guests. The facility was under renovation which is understandable, but the work stared at 7:00am. Definitely not the best for any guest trying to have a relaxing stay. I went to the front desk to check out and asked for a receipt. I was told the receipt would be emailed. Sixteen hours later I still have not received a receipt, but my credit card shows the full charge from the day I checked in."
