No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Boat Parking
No boats can be parked on the grass or driveway at any time. They must be taken directly to the boat slip.

Pet Policy
Pets may be considered with prior approval and must be disclosed before booking. A $150 pet fee per dog will apply.

Please note that due to concerns about excessive shedding and potential damage, some high-shedding dog breeds may not be approved. The owner may make exceptions for non-shedding or low-shedding dogs, subject to approval.

If your pet is approved, dogs must be kept on a leash in public areas and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets during their stay.

Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a dog so we can confirm approval.

Private Road Courtesy & Speed Limit
This home is located on a private gravel road shared with neighbors. Please follow the posted speed limit signs and drive slowly at all times. Road conditions may be uneven due to recent construction and repairs, so extra caution is appreciated. Please be respectful of neighbors and help maintain a safe and quiet environment.
