When your guests are refused entry to the restaurant because they prioritise an outside party of people & reserve all tables for them it’s very wrong . Apart from that everything was good & the staff are very professional & considerate , Excellent infact

We wanted a clean, comfortable room and that is what we got. The staff was every friendly, especially the cleaning lady, who didn’t speak English, but let us know she was there to help. The breakfast was great (especially the latte/coffee). It is right in a main tram line and a ticket machine is right diagonally across the main road. A 3 day ticket zone 1 (basically all of Warsaw, including airport) for $9 - includes all trams, buses and metros.

Good hotel for the price

Stayed only 2 nights. Comfortable, large room, with double bed. Large bathroom with good size shower. Second line from the street, very quiet all night. Restaurant has good buffet breakfast, and good selection for dinner also. Bus conection to the center in 20 minutes.

Excellent hotel; only downfall is amount of construction on main road -- difficult to enter hotel, somewhat noisy and dirty. But that's not the hotel's fault, and the staff makes up for it with their friendly service.

The room was outdated, low quality bedding and linen. The A/C didn't seem to work, the room was generally uncomfortable. The staff spoke the bare minimum but maybe it was due to different languages. The breakfast was excellent, lots of options and everything was delicious.

Room was clean. However there was no A/C on our floor. They brought us a fan and offered another room but we didnt want to pack up and move. It cooled off nicely in the evening, but no window screens and construction noise next door began at 6:00am. Lots of construction around the property as they are building next door and also adding a tram line so streets are all torn up. Restaurant onsite was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
