"This was my first time booking a property on Vrbo and the whole family (2 teen boys) was just thrilled with our stay. It had all the things we love about camping but didn’t get a chance to do this summer — grilling, sitting around a fire, beautiful riverfront view, tons of room to run around and play frisbee, volleyball, etc. Super cozy and clean inside and stocked with everything we needed. "This is an historic home with beautiful details and quirks that only older homes will have. It is a perfect location between Downtown Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreams Park, which made it great for our baseball family. There is a lovely yard with a fire pit and a beautiful creek for fishing or just enjoying the view. The owners were very communicable and made sure to do everything to make our stay comfortable."

"Location is convenient to Cooperstown, NY. House is spacious, clean and has everything you need as a family with children. They were very kind to allow our pets to stay. Communication is good. However, if you are sensitive to odors, beware that water comes from a well and has a strong sulfur smell coming out from the faucets. Also, there is a bit of a fly problem."

"We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome."
