「We were not aware that there was no elevator and only a steap staicase, which was inconvenient considering our heavy luggage. Our double room was too small for two people with three large suitcases. On arrival, the hosts acknowledged that the room was very room, but other than polite contrition, they didn't make any effort to compensate for this inconvenience in more concrete terms. 「Facilities were good. Stay spoilt by someone trying to smash the front door in at 4am in the morning. Maybe we were unlucky, but not a nice experience. Wouldn’t risk staying again.」

「We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk. My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay.」
