「The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I slept so good and wish I knew what kind of pillows they use. First time that I did not wake up with a crick in my neck. lol Hotel was also at a great location.」

「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」
