「When it says “ Sea View” it means it . Clear view of the bay all the way to the Port of Felixstowe. Very close ( 100 metres) to the beach but on a quiet campus away from the noisy seaside “ attractions “. It is the old Sanitorium to the now closed Felixstowe College. As such the doors and corridors are wide and the rooms spacious. Each room has a door onto the private patio. The rest of the campus seems to be posh flats . We weren’t disturbed at all and the natives seemed friendly. Dad is 92...

「Very nice quaint cottage everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy. The only downside for me was the very steep narrow stairs but were manageable. The owner was very nice and helpful lovely breakfast basket left in the kitchen with bacon eggs tomatoes bread butter and milk. A fire made in the grate just needed lighting. I had a very pleasant stay would definitely stay there again.」

「Lovely quaint cottage with absolutely everything you need...and more. We parked outside the village hall due to difficulty getting in and out of driveway with cars parked opposite. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed our time sitting out there. Good location and Morrisons less than 5 mins drive away. The only negative is that it is right on a busy road and the cars drive very fast through the village.」
