"Had a great time & highly recommend!! The condo in Hamilton Cove was perfect for our stay-much better than a motel room! It was very clean & there seemed to have been recent updates to the condo along with new decks for relaxing. The bed mattress was wonderful & when we travel that can make or break a trip. We only had one snafu regarding the adjoining door between condos but after speaking with management I am confident that precautions will be updated & additional security chains added. We were on the lake, at the golf course, bowling or playing putt-putt everyday. We ate on the property at the Little Red Restaurant (our favorite & most visited), but also at the Mexican and the Bar & Grill. No complaints on any. It was nice not having to leave Fairfield Bay. The Marina staff were great. I grew up coming to this lake & 50 years later it still is my favorite. I will say if you get car sick easily, be sure to call shotgun or drive. It's a roller-coaster 🎢 in this community & area. What little we did try to watch TV, there did seem to be some issues with volume on some channels but we didn't care-we weren't there to watch TV. And the price was great - cheaper than most of the hotels in the near areas & for us much nicer because of the separate designated rooms. Book it-you will love it. "

"The room had a lot of space. Bathroom was great. The breakfast buffet and coffee was good. Only on minor issue was the tv. Most of the channels did not come in."

"Pools and walking trails so close which is our favorite. Saw a bear on walking trail and scared us to death. Researched and found out we need bear spray. Didn't stop our fun. Used the fire pit and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. Coffee pot a little small for 4 people and back yard messy .Plan on booking for next year."

"The property was perfect for my family plenty of room for 7 of us plus we had family that got to visit and sit on the awesome porch and enjoy the views. Location to the pool was great and we even went bowling which is closeGrocery store was close also We enjoyed our stay and everything was nice in the house and outsideSuch a wonderful relaxing place. "Pulling up. the tall weeds, half painted half repaired stairs, neglected and run down property as a whole! No actual property manager for the grounds and it shows. The studio below has 4 Very large dogs and it REAKED of urine and feces inside and out! It was a 7hour car ride so the men stayed but i would not! ! The Junked.up entryway, half a bag of rock salt to keep the porch from freezing May, 2025 with a dirty and faded door wreath laying on it. Keurig cups scattered in cabinet, laundry room had whole tub of trash and lint. Router and wires in corner of floor, mangled and messy! For the trail riders,, the city trails.were as bad! Unmanaged, washed out and not much to look at. Better off taking a car and driving any other roads! Besides all that, it was a great time!)"
