The pictures accurately represent the listing and there was clear communication with the host. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and relaxing!
Love everything about this place! Sparkling clean, comfortable bed, nicely decorated and everything you need for a cozy stay is available. Walloon Lake community is gorgeous and within minutes drive to Boyne City and Petsokey. We will definitely return!
My husband and I stayed for a few nights on a ski trip with our six year old son. The unit had everything needed for great sleep and putting together a meal after a long day on the slopes! We will definitely be back!
This property was perfect. It was clean and in a very nice, quiet, area. It was close to Boyne City and the village of Walloon Lake is within walking distance. Beautiful little place. I’d say here again without hesitation! Awesome place!
We stayed here for our friends’ wedding right in Walloon Lake and it is the perfect location! We were able to walk to/from the wedding. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and our space was very clean! The host was super helpful in sending me the check in info too. Would stay here again for sure!
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little apartment. The listing was a bit confusing saying there was a hot tub when there is not. The host was very responsive, a kitchen that was stocked well, clean, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Walloon lake is a cute spot
The place is cozy, recently updated, and clean. My family (2 adults + 2 teenagers) were looking for a comfortable, convenient place for just a couple of days. We liked the quiet simplicity of the village, enjoyed ice cream cones in the park, shopped in the stores, and swam in the lake. Petoskey was a short 10 minute drive away, and was a great place to catch the fireworks & search for Petoskey stones on the shore of Lake Michigan. Would definitely stay there again.
Unfortunately, my alternator and car battery died, when I backed into #7. I least I got there safe. I trusted the kindness of strangers aka AAA Road service and he knew a mechanic in East Jordan. He did a great job and I walked to my favorite swimming spot and went swimming. It was wonderful. I slept soooooo good last night.
We had a wonderful time from beginning to end. We felt welcomed with the sign on the wall with our name on it and the chocolates by our pillows. The kitchen had many available items for beverages and the coffee maker was nice to have. We were cozy with the bedroom or just resting on the couch/pullout and watching tv. The location was a short walk to downtown Walloon where we enjoyed some coffee and shopping at the market. It was a perfect weekend trip for a CE course and skiing and we would love to return in the future. The only issue was locating the place which we ended up having to find at night. Google Maps shows that State street still goes through towards the downtown area which was confusing for us when we pulled into a parking lot at 10pm. Once we realized that State street does NOT still go through here, we ended up following the side streets around to exactly where the location was marked on the map. Besides this initial confusion, everything about staying at the location was very comfortable.
This was a wonderful place, had everything you need for a getaway little touches made us feel welcome, from a message on chalk board to little chocolates put on night table.
The host had Great communication with us. We loved our stay, everything we needed was supplied inside. We had friends stay next door and they had a wonderful stay as well. We highly recommend this place.
It was a pleasure staying in this lovely place near Walloon Lake. Very serene, clean and comfy! Petoskey is nearby but you can find all you need just down the street. Highly recommended.
Loved this cute little apartment . Had every thing we needed. It was clean, cozy and quiet. Also, nice walk to town for peak at the lake, restaurants and general store . I would go back!
