・古いお家ですので断熱性が低く、夏は暑く冬は寒いです。夏も冬も寝具は同じ為、寒さの苦手な方は毛布や布団、寝袋等を持ってきて下さい。(衛生的な観点から毛布等の用意はございません。)
・海が近く川の横という自然に近い場所ですので、必然的に虫が多いエリアです。薬剤等でできる限り防虫はしておりますが、古民家で住宅内に隙間も多い為、時折虫等が室内に入り込む事があります。その場合、管理者不在型の宿泊施設ですので、室内備え付けの殺虫剤をご利用いただくなど、ご自身で対応して頂きますのでご承知おき下さい。
・ベッドの上での飲食は衛生的な面からおやめ下さい。ダイニングスペースもございませんので、外食して頂く事をおすすめします。
・隣の宿泊施設や隣の家が近く、話し声や物音が聞こえやすくなっております。
・各棟で駐車スペースの場所が決まっております、間違えない様にご注意下さい。
・駐車スペース内でのトラブルは一切責任を負いません。
・電子錠を利用している為、事前の説明を良くお読み下さい。
・管理者は他の仕事もしている為、連絡を頂いても直ぐに対応できない場合もございます。
移動中等で気付かない事が多いので、何度もお電話いただければ割と早急に対応できるかと思います。
ほぼ全ての事が事前説明に記載されており、大半のゲスト様が別途お問い合わせ無くお過ごし頂いております。滞在中お問い合わせ頂いた事もございますが、説明を読んでいなかったという内容が多いです。もちろんその場合でも丁寧にご案内させていただきますが、トラブル無くお過ごし頂く為に、事前に良くお読みになってからお越し下さい。管理者不在型リスティングですので、返信や対応についてご理解いただければと思います。

【house rules】
・You can cook in the kitchen, but there are no seasonings. You will need to clean and tidy up after yourself. Do not fillet fish. Cooking with smoke or strong smells such as fried foods is prohibited.

・Please separate your garbage.

・Parties (banquets and drinking parties) are prohibited.

・All rooms are non-smoking.

・Cleaning and linen changes will not be provided for consecutive nights. Towels must be washed before use.

・Please check the number of beds. (4 singles, 1 double)

・A list of all guests must be submitted before check-in.

・As this is an old house, it has poor insulation, so it is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The bedding is the same in both summer and winter, so if you don't like the cold, please bring a blanket, futon, sleeping bag, etc. (Blanket etc. are not provided for hygienic reasons.)

・As it is close to the sea and next to the river, it is close to nature, so it is an area with a lot of insects. We do our best to prevent insects from entering the house with chemicals, but as this is an old house with many gaps, insects may occasionally get inside. In that case, please note that since this is a lodging facility where the manager is not present, you will need to deal with it yourself, such as using the insecticide provided in the room.

・Please refrain from eating or drinking on the bed for hygienic reasons. There is no dining space, so we recommend that you eat out.

・The neighboring accommodations and houses are close by, so it is easy to hear voices and noises.

・Each building has a designated parking space, so please be careful not to make a mistake.

・We are not responsible for any troubles that occur in the parking space.

・As electronic locks are used, please read the explanation in advance carefully.

・The manager has other work, so he may not be able to respond immediately even if you contact him.

We often don't notice when we are on the move, so if you call us several times, we will be able to respond fairly quickly.
