Silos on The Sixth- Downtown Waco

Stay on the top floor of one of Waco's historic buildings. This two-story industrial condo makes the perfect Waco getaway! Featuring views of The Silos, Baylor University and McLane Stadium. Added bonuses include a full kitchen, comfortable seating and bedding and complimentary coffee and snacks.

Other unique amenities include a classic arcade machine (no coins required), 85” TV living & 75”TV bedroom and multiple luxury sleeping conditions, including 1 King Size bed, 1 IKEA queen sleeper sofa, and 1 Palliser Cloud Z queen sleeper sofa.

Guest will have access to entire condo except for one small locked supply closet and one locked owner closet.

Other things to note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.

Families - we do have a pack 'n play.

This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.

Must be 21 or older to book. Verification of ID required. Will make exceptions for first responders, active duty military and newlyweds.

Family Weekend at Baylor
We always love staying in this particular unit. It provides a lot of space for my husband myself, but if our freshman daughter wants to stay, there’s a very comfortable fold out couch for her. The couch has a fan, TV and is a completely different space than ours. Everybody feels like it’s our home away from home at this point The amenities are just like home and the proximity to restaurants, Fabled bookstore (yummy coffee) , and the University Itself are all very close. Sometimes we walk, sometimes we drive but Can always make it anywhere. We’re going within three minutes. The management team is absolutely incredible. Sometimes we have special requests and not only are they prompt to reply but so far they have graciously answered with a “YES “in addition to a few sweet comments about our family being able to be together. We adore this group and can’t sing their praises enough. We are coming back in October and they’re sad to say this room is already booked but now I know to book well in advance! 10-10❤️

We LOVED this unit on the 6th floor. So comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and close to Fabled Bookstore for morning coffee. We have already booked for parents weekend!

Home away from home!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We knew that Waco would be a hidden gem, but the unit made the trip all the more better. The view was beautiful and everything was in walking distance. The unit was clean and decorated beautifully and had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely rent this place again.

We loved everything about this property. Parking was easy, great location, clean, and spacious. Great AC and comfortable beds. We loved watching movies and enjoying the view of Waco. Great view, very clean!!
We loved the view, location, the unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Very spacious and decorated well. The unit was spotless. Cleaners did great!! This unit was one of the favorite things of our trip. We look forward to visiting again.

Amazing Loft!
One of the best features of this loft are the fantastic windows! I can sit and look out for days! The place is gorgeous and location is perfect! We had an excellent time staying at the Silos on 6th!

Girls magnolia weekend!
This was a great location and super cool, comfortable clean accommodations and we had so much fun playing the retro video games!! Comfortable beds! Beautiful views!
