FIXER UPPER's “The Plain Jane" Season 5 Episode 8 - It was coined the Plain Jane but only before Chip and Jo's renovation. Now, it should be called "The Fancy Nancy." This beautiful home features all the wonderful and unique decor that made it a fan-favorite episode. Complete with musical touches, come stay in a home that will be make your heart sing!!!

The beautiful home features 3 bedrooms with cozy bedding, an open-concept kitchen and living room and a wonderful back yard that will make adults and kids happy. Complete with amenities such as a fully stocked coffee station, personal toiletries, Smart TV with Roku, wifi, visitors will have all they need to enjoy themselves with ease. Easy highway access to all of Waco and the surrounding area.

Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage and one interior closets used for supply storage.

Waco New years visit

We were visiting family in Waco for new years a few blocks from this property. We decided to stay here since it fit out family better than a hotel. The check in process was easy and the bed wee super comfortable which can be hard to find in a VRBO.

Perfect Girl’s Trip!

The Plain Jane is beautiful, cozy and spotless. We had fun watching the episode while we stayed in the house. An unexpected perk was a nice keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee for our stay! The neighborhood was quiet. Easy to navigate by car to the silos and downtown area. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time at the Plain Jane. The house was very clean and it was an easy drive to all the activities. The power lines were under construction but we didn’t hear any of the construction work. Felt very secure with the gated driveway.

The property exceeded our expectations!!! Attention to detail was obvious throughout the property. The hospitality - coffee, snacks, and extras - was unexpected and so appreciated! Great location. Plain Jane is Great

The house was so cute and clean. Bed was comfortable and they had all the amenities you would want. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone. Only 1 complaint - and keep in mind that I am from Colorado. We had many dead bugs, live bugs and some other critters in the house. We don't have bugs in Colorado. Sorry.

Mother daughter trip

Just as it looks on the episode of fixer upper. Comfy cozy and clean. Kitchen well stocked bedrooms were spacious with full closets. No dressers for folded clothes. Only on bedroom with a king bed was comfortable. Queen and twin beds were average. Appreciated the gated driveway and secure lock on back door. Would like one on front door. Overall we loved it. Very homey.

Love the Plain Jane!

I love the Plain Jane! It was so fun staying in a Fixer Upper on our trip to Waco! The house is beautiful and impeccably clean. It is hard to imagine a family has lived in it. It is truly pristine. The Fixer Upper family photo and update was such a sweet welcome. I appreciated having coffee stocked in the kitchen. The location was great for the Silos, Magnolia Table and the Hotel 1928. Definitely a 10 out of 5. It was wonderful and made our trip so special! Thanks Lee Family!

Amazing Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The interior of the house is immaculate just like the photos. They thought of many small details to make you feel at home. Good quality linens, towels, etc. Master bed was comfy. They also have a bot that sends you two emails a day to make sure your stay is going well. Two concerns: 1. The washer and dryer are old. The dryer left burn marks on our clothes even when using the delicate cycle which was super disappointing. 2. The playground outside is tucked away from any windows so you need to be outside if your kids are playing. The playset is also olold and rickety.
