"Very simple cottage. No bath, no drinking water and the first floor needs renovation. BUT the location, the view and the garden is incredible! Strom für den Fernseher oder den Föhn kommt aus einem kleinen Generator hinter dem Haus, den man bei Bedarf erst einschalten muss. Wasser kommt aus dem nahe gelegenen Brunnen und Wärme gibt's aus dem knisternden Ofen. Zuvor muss man natürlich das Holz vorbereiten. Hinweis: Google Maps kennt die Adresse nicht (2022). Von Grimstad einfach immer weiter auf der Hauptstraße bleiben, bis rechts nach längerer Fahrt das Häuschen mit der 466 kommt."
