Your villa consists of 3 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 180 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, TV and air conditioner. You have access to the 15 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 8 chairs. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, induction cooker (3 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and air conditioner. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, TV and air conditioner. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Top floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, TV and air conditioner. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Garica, district of Garica. The villa is situated on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October 5 m x 7 m 1.40 m deep).
