"The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). "Nice layout with good kitchen. Need more supplies such as coffee and toilet paper. There was no balcony with our unit and the door opened directly into the open air which was terribly unsafe; a crack in the door patched with duct tape. Could have used more blankets as well. Overall, okay for the value. Easy access to train and bus and cute shopping area for coffee and food just one block away."

"This is a remotely operated aparthotel with an online reception and electronic key sent directly to your mobile phone. Located on a residential street on the edge of town, but still a short walk from the main town and the beach. Very high spec rooms and bathroom with loads of space. If you don't need the benefits of a full service hotel, this is a great option."

"When I arrived the heating wasn't on and probably hadn't been for a while. I put it on and cranked it up, but the room didn't get warm enough through the whole night and the sheets were damp and horrible. I had to lie with all my clothes on. It still wasn't warm enough the next day. I had booked for three nights, but left after one.This was in November, it's probably nicer in the summer. "
