Large Tuscan Villa for 12 with Private Pool and Tennis Court

  • Restored with care and enthusiasm, this lovely Tuscan villa sleeps 12 and is perfect for a large family reunion or a group of friends. Just 15 minutes from Casole d'Elsa and the dramatic Etruscan city of Volterra, the house is situated in a wonderful hilltop position.

    Furnished patios allow for sun or shade and beautiful panoramic views. The fenced pool with a decked gazebo at the far end is 50 m. from the house opposite a professional hard tennis court. Beyond the landscaped gardens, hills are clothed in Mediterranean bush and mixed woodlands, teeming with rare flowers, butterflies and game, wonderful for long exploratory walks. There is a play area for little ones.

    This property requires a 250 euro cautionary deposit on arrival, returned minus any costs on departure.
