Enjoyed our stay. Good hotel, a bit dated rooms - showers quite small. Included breakfast was average - nothing wrong with average! Just not quite the quality of other 4 stars I have stayed at. A very good average hotel.

I loved this place it's not a fancy big hotel but quite small with small rooms and a private pool . Breakfast was a treat think of a bed and breakfast in a medieval town . It is in the city walls so you can pay extra for parking and have access to the city center . If you want big and fancy this may not be for you ❣️friendly staff clean and efficient I was truly impressed and had a great experience ☺️

Ottimo posto dentro le mura
In pieno centro, parcheggio comodissimo, stanza semplice e silenziosa, colazione completa. Personale discreto veramente gentile e disponibile: hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa.

Unique stay in a former convent. Small but comfortable rooms. Staff went out of their way to offer assistance. Volterra is a lovely town too!

Accoglienza e piscina stupenda. Camere piccole ma confortevoli. Il risveglio alle 8 del mattina perché il personale di pulizia fa confusione sul corridoio è molto fastidioso. Per di più apriamo la porta e scopriamo che avevano messo tutta l’attrezzatura necessaria per pulire il piano proprio davanti alla nostra porta

Poor beds and breakfast, great location.
The beds are very firm, like sleeping on a rock. They need a topper. Breakfast is poor. Woman is reception was very helpful and serviceminded. Parking is close! Pool area is nice. Walking distance to everything in town.

Liebe Werner, Es tut uns leid, dass er mit dem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden war, aber nach 4 Nächten Aufenthalt konnte er darauf hinweisen, dass ihm das Zimmer nicht gefallen hat. Sie buchte ein Standardzimmer, wir konnten ihr gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis ein Superior- oder Deluxe-Zimmer zeigen. Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht, wer sich später beschwert, wenn er vorher besser hätte sein können. Wir danken Ihnen jedoch für Ihr Feedback und werden unser Bestes tun, um uns zu verbessern. Grüße

piscina piccola ma provvidenziale dopo un viaggio al caldo, condizionatore in camera funzionava ma faceva rumore ogni 2 o 3 minuti da riparare! Colazione completa e a buffet.
