"Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. "The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna."

"A good hotel on a budget. Well served with public transport, the bus stops right outside the door. The room is comfortable, but not luxurious, and has the amenities one needs. The lighting in the room was also quite low, and the two bedside lights didn't seem to have any switches to turn them on. The breakfast was okay, not the best I've had, mostly dominated by cakes and pies, and the coffee didn't taste great, but the croissants were good."

"This is an elegant property with excellent service. You feel special from the moment you walk in until you leave. It is beautiful everywhere you look. The bed is so comfortable, the shower is great with lots of water pressure. The tub is large enough for a tall man. Breakfast is beautifully presented and prepared with many choices. Quiet, comfortable, within walking distance to Centro, excellent restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed hanging out in the beautiful lobby sipping a cocktail and enjoying the ambiance. Lovely outdoor patio and pretty grounds. We had a delightful stay. Highly recommended."
